Neeti Dixit

Neeti Dixit is a Management Graduate who has worked in the Development Sector over the past two decades and is presently working as a Visiting Faculty with the University of Delhi. During this period she has worked with esteemed organisations such as Rail India Technical and Economic Services India Ltd.(RITES), Indian Army, Indian Railways, Technology Development Board (Ministry of Science & Tech.), DMRC, Walmart, DHFL, JK Tyres, Dataperts Technologies, CBSE, SRCC, Miranda House, Hindu College, SIBM Pune, Asian School of Management, University of Lucknow amongst many others. She was also part of MHRD programme for teachers and teaching under ARPIT.
Her extensive experience and expertise has given her a great vantage point as not only a trainer but a first responder herself. Over the years she has conducted various training and development programs concerning a very wide range of activities and essential first responder skills with government organizations and corporate houses. Across these sessions she has trained over 15 thousand people in life saving skills and first responders training.

Her exhilarating journey has covered topics such as Leadership & Management through Ancient Indian Cultural Context with the best young minds in the country in some of the leading Universities across the country. She has also had the unique opportunity to try and make a difference in bringing about change amongst the rural women and children and has been able to successfully spread awareness and educate young women and mothers alike on Menstrual Hygiene, Pre & Post Natal Care, Proper Dietary Habits, Sex Education, Gender Sensitisation and many such critical areas considered taboo in the nation.

Neeti has showcased that her competence in this field goes beyond just transmission of life saving knowledge and into physical execution of the skills imparted during her programs. She has rescued lives of 9 individuals (who at that point were complete strangers) by giving them timely first aid and saving them from complications owing to heart attacks and brain strokes. On a personal level, Neeti is a passionate writer and loves writing fiction. She is a State Level 10 meter pistol shooter and going to participate at National level.Being an Army wife, travelling has been a big part of her life with her having lived all across the country.
