Neeti Dixit

I am Neeti Dixit a management graduate working in the Development Sector over the past two decades, I have had the opportunity and pleasure to have worked with Rail India Technical and Economic Services India Ltd.(RITES), Indian Army, Indian Railways, Technology Development Board (Ministry of Science & Tech.), DMRC, LMRC, Wallmart, DHFL, JK Tyres, CBSE, SRCC, Miranda House, Hindu College, SIBM Pune, Asian School of Management, University of Lucknow and currently working as head of marketing at Dataperts Technologies.

Over these past years I have conducted various training and development programs concerning a very wide range of activities and essential first responder skills with government organizations and corporate houses. It has truly been an exhilarating journey as we have covered topics such as Leadership & Management through Ancient Indian Cultural Context with the best young minds in the country. I have also had the unique opportunity to try and make a difference in bringing about change amongst the rural women and children. We have been able to successfully spread awareness and educate young women and mothers alike on Menstrual Hygiene, Pre & Post Natal Care, Proper Dietary Habits, Sex Education, Gender Sensitisation and many such critical areas considered taboo in our country and have trained 50,000 professionals from different walks of life.

On a personal level I am a passionate blogger and love creating fiction. I enjoy doing classical dance Kathak in my leisure time and indeed travelling too has been a big part of my life.
