Exist is a compilation of poems shaped through experience and the path of life, questions which our brain cannot usually answer, thoughts for which one has a hard time finding the right words and love for ourselves and others. The book is based on the art of merely existing and being as humans in a beautiful yet fast paced world. Vijeta Singh Phogat is a 23 year old aspiring psychologist and comes from the family of soldiers. Her interests range from being an equestrian and mixed martial artist on the side, she started writing at the age of 16 and is now an author as well. She aims to practice in the field of clinical psychology and write poems to inspire her readers to feel the magic of poetry.
