Set in the 80s, in the city of Burnsby, ‘King of the Fall’ follows the tale of David Grantham an ordinary man drawn into world of crime not by choice but by legacy. After the death of his father, the underworld king of Burnsby, he must become the leader his father was, or change the entire identity of his business in order to survive and re-establish the Grantham supremacy, whilst unmindful of dangers within. Riddled by the choices of his past, fickle loyalties of his present and the uncertainties of his future, and the future of the Grantham name, David must overcome all those battles, whether to prove to himself that he is capable, or just to get his family the life he never had. Is David still the 17 year old kid afraid to pull the trigger? Or is he now the ruthless crime leader living up to his father’s name?
